M-Edge Executive Genuine Leather Kindle DX Jacket , Marbled Red
I ordered this item about a week and 1/2 ago, I have a feeling it will take weeks to get it and I am thinking of canceling. They send you an email saying 9-10 days but that is not a promise – they retain the right to change that??? Whatever that means. Not impressed, email was slightly rude and uncaring, I guess they need to learn the definition of customer service, especially in this economy. I will go to another company that actually cares about its customers from now on.

This red leather jacket for my Kindle is absolutely beautiful; made of fine leather, is very shiny and the perfect size for my Kindle DX. It is also a very good protector of my new unit and I absolutel love it!!

I love my Kindle DX and this leather jacket is perfect for my Kindle. I like the way the booklight fits within the jacket while in use. I think the jacket is a good buy for the money!

I’m not sure why the prior reviewer is so upset by the lack of a hinge. The four corner attachment design is the same as the one in the M-Edge case I bought for my Kindle 1, and it’s very secure. No slippage at all. Beautiful leather, sweet smell, SO much prettier than the black case from Amazon.

I loved my friend’s M-Edge red leather Kindle cover, so I ordered one for my new Kindle DX. I was so excited when it came. Upon inspecting it, I found a few flaws in workmanship though. I am actually surprised the company shipped it out as a perfect product. On the front near the strap there is a cut, not all the way through the leather. This is about two inches long. Obviously when it was packed in bulk from the factory, it was packed just below the lid of a box and someone opened the box with a box cutter. Also, on the front and the back of the cover, again near the strap, there are two square darker red spots.
Am I returning the product, no, becauseI hate returning things. But I hate the way you can’t expect something that is sold as new to be in perfect condition.
